This document outlines the return policy for Naomari Capetown. Here’s a breakdown of the main points:

### Return Eligibility
- **30-Day Return Window**: Items can be returned within 30 days if they meet specific conditions.
- **Conditions for Return**:
- Items must be in their original condition with all parts and packaging intact.
- Normal product handling is acceptable, but any damage from careless handling will disqualify the return.
- Hygiene-sensitive products must be cleaned before return.
- Items found defective immediately upon receipt may also be returned.
- Shipping costs for returns are to be covered by the customer.

### Return Process
- **Contact**: Initiate a return by emailing info@naomari-capetown.com with:
- Order number, reason for return, photos of any damage, customer name, and address.
- **Return Address**: After contact, you’ll be provided with the correct return address in Asia.

### Important Conditions
- **Shipping Costs**: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns, typically around $25.
- **Right of Cancellation**:
- A 14-day cancellation period applies from the receipt of goods.
- Cancellations are not possible if the goods are already in transit.
- Refunds, excluding shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
- All returns must be sent to the central warehouse in China at the customer’s expense.
